Terms

This site provides reference information about China-based purchasing agents and the items commonly available through them. We are not an agent, do not act on your behalf, and do not process any payments. Actual purchases are governed by the terms of the storefront or agent you transact through. Always read those terms before ordering.

Shipping

We do not ship. International forwarding is handled by the purchasing agent of your choice. Consolidation windows, freight lines, declared-value choices and customs treatment all vary by agent — the compare page and the freight-math guide summarise what we have seen, but the agent's own published terms govern.

Warranty

Warranty is provided by the source storefront (where the item is made) and by the agent (where the item is shipped from). Reading the QC photos before the parcel leaves the warehouse is the buyer's strongest warranty — the 60–90 day free storage window exists for exactly this reason. We do not warranty items bought through this reference and do not mediate disputes.
