How the field reports are put together.
A comparison table is only worth as much as its sourcing. This page says exactly where every figure comes from, how often it is re-read, and — the part most sites leave out — which numbers we could not verify.
Where the numbers come from
Every row in the side-by-side table is read off the agent's own public pages: its pricing page, help centre and FAQ. We do not copy figures from other comparison sites, and we do not infer them. What the agent publishes is what appears; where it publishes nothing, the cell stays empty.
What gets recorded
Seven fields per agent: service fee, free storage window, warehouse location, QC photo allowance, supported platforms, return window and freight lines. Free storage is recorded with its cap where one is stated — a 90-day window inside a 120-day ceiling behaves differently from a flat 90 days, and the table shows both.
What is missing, and why
9 of 18 agents do not publish per-kilogram freight rates outside their own checkout. Those rates move with carrier contracts and fuel surcharges, often weekly. Publishing an estimate would be easier to read and less true, so the freight column stays blank rather than filled with a number we cannot stand behind. The same rule produces the empty cells elsewhere: service fee is unstated for 7 agents, warehouse location for 11, return window for 10.
How often it is refreshed
Agent terms change without notice. Figures carry the read date shown on each table — currently 2026-10-19 — and the table is re-read on a rolling basis rather than on a fixed schedule, because agents announce changes unevenly. If a number on this site disagrees with the agent's own page, the agent's page wins; the read date tells you which is staler.
What this site is not
None of the 18 agents pays for placement, and none of the links is an affiliate link. There is no ranking by commission, no sponsored row and no paid re-ordering of the table. The order you see follows the published free-storage window.
Corrections
If a figure is wrong or an agent has changed its terms, the reference desk takes corrections and the table is amended. Corrections are the main reason a table like this stays usable.
Reusing the data
The full table is published as open data under CC BY 4.0: a CSV download, a JSON endpoint with the storage and return windows split out as numbers, and an embed snippet. The only condition is a visible credit linking back. If you are building a chart, a spreadsheet or a post on top of it, that is exactly what it is for.
